Resize cross functional process chart

Hi,

I am fairly new to Visio (2003) and I am having difficulties resizing the
full chart. Having create a process chart, want to reduce the size of the
overall box. When I try to reduce the size (with the all protection off), the
chart just moves off the page. I can increase the size but not reduce it.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello --
How about Edit/Select All, then Shape/Grouping/Group? That should allow you
to resize the entire chart.

Hello,

Tried that! When I select all, then group, some of the individual boxes and
comments move. Thats Visio doing something strange.

Also, I do not want to resize all the components of the flow chart, just the
outside box. As its a cross functional chart, the lenghts of each lane is
somehow linked to the size of the outside box. I believe this outside box is
referred to as "horizontal holder".
