Resize inserted picture by percentage

I insert a picture from a file or from the clipboard and I want to resize it
by a specific percentage (eg 50%). In Word or Publisher I can use the Size
tab in the Format Picture dialog, but Visio 2007 does not appear to have this
and all I can do is use the resize handles and guess. Surely this is a common
requirement. Any ideas?

In Developer mode
select the shape
right click
Show Shapesheet
Shape Transform Section
Cells Width and height
Click on one of the cells above.
Function key F2
Add /2

It was an easy one.
Still not as user friendly to do as you had hoped, I suppose.
But better than nothing.
Now I write about it, I think about it.
There is also the menu, View, Size and Position Window.
And wonder, oh wonder, there also you can add an "/2".
