Resize or rescale drawing

Is it possible to resize a whole diagram. I created a diagram of a server
room with all the various components and the scale is way off. eg. a cabinet
is 60 ft x70 ft x 25 ft. It should be about 2ft. The rest of the diagram has
similiar dimensions. Can I rescale the drawing.

Caution : Some shapes already placed may not re-scale properly, because they
have been designed to adapt to the page scale when they were dropped.
