resize prompt

Outlook 2003
How can I disable the pop-up prompt I get every time I want to send a photo
in e-mail
"Windows can resize the pictures you send in e-mail..." and the default is
always set to "make pictures smaller"
Is there at least a way to make the default "original size"?
