Resize shapes by percentage value..?

Does Visio 2003 have a "resize shape by percentage" feature?

As in... I have a shape and want to make it 50% smaller.

??


I am trying to avoid having to do a the manual dim. tweak in "Size and
Position"

In the Size & Position window, just add *0.5 to the end of the Width or
Height.
If the shape has Lock Aspect = TRUE then bth should change, otherwise you
will have to repeat for the other dimension.
