Resize swimlanes make acitivities jump

If i resize my swimlanes, the existing activities that was dropped on
it previously jump al over my diagram. How can i:
a) Make them stay in their dropped position
or even better
b) Keep the raltionship to the swimlane, so that they will move with a
swimlane when it is dragged along

Can someone please help?

I use Visio 2007.
