Resizing a layout

I created a flyer in portrait format -- 8.5 wide x 11deep. The customer then
wanted it reduced so that the 11-inch depth filled the 8.5 inch part of the
sheet. I could not find a way to shrink the layout. (Except by converting it
to a .jpg.) Nothing in Page Setup nor Print Setup. I have Publisher 2007 --
seems to me earlier versions had a size-by-percentage setting -- but maybe
I'm thinking of a printer function. (Which my current printer does not have.)
Anyway, is there a way to resize a layout in Publisher?

You have to resize the objects manually. Or you can try outputting to a .pdf
printer/driver and scaling it..might work.
