Resizing Multiple Shapes In Visio 2002 Pro

Using Visio 2002 Pro, how do you resize multiple shapes at
the same time? I have an Org Chart, and I need to make
the rectangles containing employee names all a little smaller.

I Shift+Click the shapes that need to be resized,
then resize one... while they are all selected. I would think
they would all be resized at the same time, but that does
not happen. Only the one I resized gets changed.

So how do you resized all the selected shapes?
I can't believe I have to resize each shape individually.
I can't find anything in the Shape menu either that
refers to resizing shapes.

WHen you have the shapes selected, use the Size & Position window.
You will see width and height there. Just add "*0.5", or whatever to their
dimensions...

If you mean under the Organizational Chart menu, then Options,
that resizes every rectangle on the flow chart. I don't need every
rectangle resized, just some of them.
Isn't there a more "Windows" way of doing this? You know,
the standard, Shift+click and select as a group. Then whatever
change you make to one, you make to all?

Unfortunately, this was introduced in Visio 2003.

However, the Org Chart / Options in Visio 2002 does allow the width/height
of org chart shapes to be changed.
