Resizing of Office Window when using help

Is the a way to keep the Office screens from resizing
when using help?

I would like a full help and Office screen where I can
tab between the two.

I am using Office 2000.

Hi Kurt,

Docking the Help window is annoying isn't it?

Place your mouse pointer in the title bar of the Help window and drag
it until it becomes a floating window.
