Hi Tim,
MS Office 2003 Picture Manager doesn't, unfortunately, support
individual height and width settings, that is, the settings will
always maintain the width to height ratio of the original picture.
The ratio you're trying to achieve is a ratio of width to height
of of 0.75/1
If your original has that same 'shape' then you can use
the Edit Picture menu choice then in the Task Pane 'resize picture'
and enter either your height or width value.
You may find it easier to use the photo editing software that
may have come with your printer, scanner or PC or one like

I would appreciate if someone kindly advise me how to resize the photo
exactly 240 pixels wide x 320 pixels high. My several attempt in MS office
2003 picture manager come out with 320 pixels wide x 240 pixels high.
Thanks
Tim >>
