resizing photo

I have a photo that is very small when I insert it into
my web page when I make it bigger it becomes distorted, I
did use resample but it did no go good. how do I make it
bigger with frontpage and keep the same quality?

Unfortunately, you can't make a small image bigger and keep the quality.
