Resizing Photos Problem-FP

I know how to resize photos in the "Photo gallery" all goes well, I save the
changes and publish. But, when I go online to my website to see all those
photos I just resized, they are STILL the old size!!! And yes, I refreshed
the browser. Anybody have any ideas?? What am I doing wrong...or not doing
that I should??

You have to Resample, Save, Re-Publish.
However, highly recommend you;
Resize & Optimize with a third party image editor or IrFanview (a freebie)
and not FP.

Did you remove and then reinsert them in the pages, "Or" recreate the photogallery?
If you simply resized and saved them, the height and width settings in the pages
are still the old sizes and the browser is stretching the images to make them fit.

I decided better safe than sorry, and removed all the old versions of the
photos from FP, then in Adobe Photoshop I resized the photos to my specs.
Then I loaded them into FP. It worked great....course when I deleted the old
photos in the photo gallery I also deleted the text for each one. So, it was
time consuming, putting all that back in...but worth it.

yer welcome.

I've always found PS to be clunky when it comes to batch processing...you
may want to try IrFanview (a freebie) batch processing (resize, optimize,
rename..etc) much easier and quicker than PS.
