Resizing Priperty Windows

Can not resize Property Window. Have tried: Tool -> Option -> Docking,
Window -> Vertically, View -> Customize, and drag. Drag works Up/Dn,
but not Left/Right.

Are we talking about Word? Which version? Which Property window? The one
in the VBA editor?

If that's what you're talking about: Is it docked, or not docked? Is the
Project Window visible? Where is it located in relation to the Properties
Window?
