Resizing reports in code

When I create an access report, the window holding the report has a certain
"NORMAL" size, ie, its not max'd or min'd..

At runtime, the report window appears as that size.

We have many reports, and would like to bring some uniformity of feel to
the program.

I'd like to make all the report windows appear "tidy" (of the same size and
position) on the screen, depenmding on the machines current resolution as
well.

any ideas???

I don't want to maximise everything tho....
