Resizing shapes in smartart

I am helping someone with a hierarchy chart using SmartArt in Word 2007. We
are not able to find a way to select all shapes and make them a uniform size
at once. Is there a way to do that with SmartArt?

I find that this works: click outside the chart so that no boxes are
selected; then click once inside the chart. This should make a thick light
blue border appear around the entire chart. I find that I can resize the
entire chart--with objects and text scaling up/down automatically--by
dragging any of the resizing handles (look for three dots) on the sides or
corners of the light blue border.
