Resizing the Application Window

Good afternoon,
I'd like to resize my Access 2000 application window to just fit around my switchboard - so there's not a bunch of wasted space. I've tried Runcommand/Appsize, and all I get is the mouse jumps to the center of the screen.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
