Resizing the Shape when the text does not fit in.

Hi Guys,
I have written a macro that imports data from a access database and creates
a Org Chart.
All the Shapes ("Position type") are of same height and width. The problem
is that some shapes have text (ex. "Sr. Manger Financial Accounting John
Doe") that does not fit within the Shape Area.
Is there a way, through the macro that I can resize the shape so that the
text fits in (Smiliar to Best fit).
I am not aware if there is a property or a method of the shape object that I
can call so that it resizes it self depending on the the text it gets.
