resizing the web browser to fit a custom page size

I have customized my page size for a web page in an aim to create a web page
that involves no scrolling... however when I view the page as a web page I
have all this extra white canvas around it...and would prefer if the browser
frame sat hugging my custom page size..... I am only very very new at this
.... is there an easy way to fix this...
