Resizing welding arrow circle & tail

When I use the weld arrow stencils and turn on the Show Full circle and Tail
options, they are much larger than I want them to be and cannot change their
size to be in proportion to the arrow. Can anyone tell me how to adjust
their sizes? Thanks!
