Tricky problem to describe really but here goes in the
hope someone can assist !
I have a presentation containing an inserted mpeg file of
a tv advert that was originally shot in letterbox /
widescreen format. The presentation is run at 800 x 600
on a standard PC monitor.
To prevent the black borders being visible when running
the slideshow, I simply dragged the top and bottom of the
inserted MPEG file so that the black border appeared
outside of the slide area. This worked fine in Powerpoint
2000 and 2002.
On doing the same thing on a PC running 2003 however the
MPEG plays in widescreen letterbox format regardless of
how far i drag the MPEG file border. Is there a way to
stop this and make Powerpoint allow the inserted movie to
be resized in the same way as Powerpoint 2000 / 2002 ?
