Resolution Issues...Still

I have redone the website I am working on so it is all done with tables now. It shows on both 800x600 and 1024x768 without distortion, but the lady I am doing the site for still isn't pleased. When she goes to view it at 800x600 she has to use a scroll bar at the bottom of the page to see its entire width. Is there a way to fix it so that it will fit any resolution in width?
