Resolution of logo in header

Scott

I always open some Word documents created by Office 2007 for Windows. The
resolution of company logo in header section appears very poor while in
Windows version, it appears very nice. Is there anything I can adjust in
Mac 2008 to give equal quality?

Thanks,

Scott

Try saving a test of the logo as a PNG. then try in a sample document.

I believe PNG come across platform unscathed.

Also try as EPS or TIFF. and try on sample document.

EPS or Tiff both are very large file formats. so they may not be practical.

Office has a problem with Jpeg images that are small and compact on PC,
they show up blurry sometimes on a Mac and the size balloons as well.

If it's "fixed", don't "break it"!

Hi Scott:

Thanks for adding your name: much nicer talking to human beings in here :)

That's a bug in Word 2008. It's worse in Word 2004. They are "working" on
the Word 2008 bug... We will have to hope for a fix.

Cheers
