Resolve users mobile nr.

Hi,
How do I resolve a users mobile nr. in a field instead of
inserting the persons email address?
What I want to do is when a user enters a persons name in
the to: field instead of Outlook insertinf the persons
email address it resolve it to the persons mobile nr.
