Resolving Write Conflict in a form

In multi-user database, how can I trap the error code that
generates the dialog giving the choice of Save Record;
Copy to Clipboard; Drop Changes. I would like to use a
custom dialog which just gives the option to Drop Changes
so users can see what other user has changed. If anybody
can help, I would be very grateful.
