resource 100% constraint

Hi.
How can I force ms-project to postpone tasks that use resource that is
already used at a time ?

In other words, I want ms-project to resolve resource contention (by
postponing tasks) and avoid situations when 1 employee is 200% loaded.

That is called Resource Leveling
It works perfectly, but do read the help before trying it!
