resource accounts

Hello,

I currently have an e-mail address which is set up for each room (resource)
in the company. A delagate account (always open) automatically sends
acceptance etc.

Currently staff can send requests for rooms via the 'to:' field, not
specifying that they are resources.

I wish to remove the 'resource' machine as it takes up room.

It will also be required that the new method allows staff to continue with
the current method of booking.

Using exchange server 5.5 and outlook2002 all round

Thanks

Steve
