Resource actual time - - HELP

[New Server Administrator]

Is there a way to see a snapshot of the actual time a resource has entered
for all projects and tasks for a week or 2 week time period. Willing to
purchase additional software if needed. A link or something that could be
created so that leads could see where all time for a resource has been spend
for a week.
