Resource allocated to a complete task stll receiving e-mail alerts

Hi,

Although the task is completed, resource asssigned to it is still
receiving an e-mail alert on a daily basis. See below:

Project: XXX
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Task Name: Prepare for Review
Start: Nov 17 '06 Finish: Nov 17 '06 Work: 0h Rem Work: 0h
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How can this be stopped. Resource does not want to stop all e-mail
alerts just the ones he has completed the tasks for.

What do you suggest I check.
