Resource Allocation

I have a person scheduled on tasks that only take 3 hours
out of an 8 hour day on the Standard calendar but she i
showing as over allocated. Why can'tt I fix this or what
am I doing wrong?

Probably the tasks overlap on that day - turn on display of time in the date
fields and I'll bet that's what you'll see. Leveling on an hour-by-hour
basis will likely fix it.

I don't understand the response. Itried the recommended
solution but could not find the option. Where can i turn
on the display?? Thanks

In the menu Tools Options View and adjust the date format to one you like
that includes the time.
