Hi all,
I have set up a number of resources with Microsoft Outlook 2003 and
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. Scheduling meetings with/for these resources
goes well.
If I later change the meeting, for example by typing more body text or by
changing the subject, I want to use the Send Update button to have the
changes reflected in the other booked resources. However, I always get the
following message:
<Resource name> is already booked for the specified time. You must use
another time or find another resource.
I can of course use the Save and Close button, but that only saves the
changes to the calendar I am making the change in. It will not update the
other resources.
How can I effectively update a meeting with resources?
Thanks for your help,
Hendrik-Jan Melissen
