resource assignment problem

hi,
one of my PMs is havin a problem using a resource from the Build team from
enterprise option. out of the 6 pms in the office, only 1 has the problem of
using this resource. all the other PMs have the same setting as the PM with
the problem. when he selects Built team from enterprise, the particular
resource is greyed out. any help would be appreciated. thanx

I would suspect this is a permissions issue based on Group and Category
memberships. Are all 6 project managers members of ONLY the Project
Managers group? If the PM in question is a member of any other Groups, try
removing him from the other Group(s) to see if this solves the problem. Let
us know.
