Resource Assignment

Hi All,

I have a resource assignment attached to a task.
I need to retrieve the name of this resource(resource name) from the field.
Is there a property in MSP, through which I can retreive the resource name
of the task assignment ? I need the value of this field which is existing in
MSP currently , then compare it with a new resource name value.

Any pointers would be really helpful.
