Resource Assignments & Resource Availability in PWA out of synch

My resource assignments view is showing different data than my resource
availability data. Can anyone explain why and help me fix it?

It seems like the 2 views are getting their data from different sources, but
I'm not sure what those sources are.

The Resource Availability information is current as of the last the the OLAP
cube rebuilt. The View Resource Assigmments information is current as of
the last time you accepted actuals into your project and published the
latest schedule changes. Does that explain the differences? Let us know.
