Resource Assignments View Available Resources

Hi All!

We have at most around 40 resources on our project. The problem is that the
View Resource Assignments Available resources list contains ALL resources
(past and present.) I've found that making the resource inactive doesnt
remove them from the list. Is there any way to remove the non-current
resources from the list without deleting them permanetly?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Viewmaster --

If the resources in question have left the company and are no longer
available for project work, and are no longer assigned to any projects in
the Project Server database (even completed projects), then I believe you
can safely delete them. Hope this helps.

Hi Viewmaster, sorry but the inactive will remain in the view alvailable
resource screen.

Thanks for your response! The thing is that we don't want to delete them
permanetly as we'd like to maintain information as there is a chance they
will return. Thanks again!

Thanks for your help! Maybe i'll just rename them or something so they
appear at the bottom of the list.
