resource assignments view -- completed projects showing up

When using the Resource Assignment view for reporting within the client
software, project assignments are showing up for completed projects
with "Published" as the Project Name with 0% work complete -- although
when I look at the project level data in the PWA, its 100% complete.

I'm using a filter to remove 100% work complete but these guys keep
showing up. How do I get rid of these lines in the report?
