Resource Assignments View inconsistency

I'm befuddled. On the Resource Assignments Summary View the summary tasks
display inconsistently. One resource on a project will show the summary
tasks and another resource on the same project will not. Also, a resource
will show summary tasks for one of his projects but not another. Is there
anything I can do to get the summary tasks to display consistently?

Have you checked the View Settings to make sure it is set to show summary
tasks?
