resource assugnment and rbs codes.

hi All,

I have created a rbs structure for my organization, and ideally would
like that 'one should only be able to assign resources that are under
him', in other words i should only be able to assign resources that are
under me, but when i click 'add resources' button in the project
server, iam able to see all the resources.

Any help or directions would be much appreciated.
