My company is running Exchange Server 2007 with Outlook 2003. When
scheduling a conference room resource, it always schedules as "tentative"
instead of automatically accepting or rejecting meeting requests based on
availability. If free, shouldn't it auto-accept and schedule as "busy"?. (I
believe our administrator set it up for auto-accept.) Since it's
"tentative", it could lead to double-booking. How can I fix this problem?
