Resource availability drops to zero for my resources...

Hi folks,

I have a bizarre problem going on... All of my resources when displayed in
the Resource center, show 0 availability as of July 31st, 2007. They also
show no availability before a certain date, also. Frequently the message
"Warning: Availability data has not been published for one or more resources
in the selected date range." appears in the Resource Center view, although
refreshing seems to eliminate it.

Does anyone know why my resources seem to have no availability? I checked
my calendars, and they all appear normal.

Dale, Thanks for the link.. it has removed the red message, but the odd
behaviour of the resources' availability continues. I get a 'square sine'
pattern, reflecting the typical five workdays, plus weekend, but after the
30th, it just 'flatlines' at zero!!

You might try this:

1. Open the Enterprise Resource Pool for editing and check out one of the
troublesome resources (no availability after the 30th)
2. Double-click the name of the resource.
3. Examine the Resource Availability grid at the bottom of the General
page.

The Resource Availablility grid show contain a single line with information
as follows:

NA NA 100%

If it doesn't show that, then change it to reflect the correct availability.
Any changes you make will show up the next time the OLAP cube rebuilds. If
this solves the problem, then do the same for every problematic resource.
