Resource Availability in PWA

We cannot get out resource availability working in PWA. The OLAP cube
is built with no errors, the projects are published (resources can see
their task assigmnents) but no work or availability shows up in the
resources - show availability. Any ideas?

In PWA as Admin, under Manage Enterprise Features, have you got any
Availability settings in this page?

Yes we have the following settings:
1) Build the OLAP cube and update the resource availability
2)Cube name and description is filled in
3)Date Range is earliest project date and finish date
4) Date range for resources is next 12 months and past 3 months
5) Update frequency is daily at 11:30 PM

The projects are all published that are on the server and the cube will
build without errors.

I can't help but think there is something like a view or such that we
have missed setting up. Thanks for the help in advance.............

You're using PS2003?
If you created a Portfolio Analyser view with Availability broken down by
resource, do you get a value?
You've got resource in the ERP?
On Resources page via PWA, then View Availability... button should display a
graph with details for the resource in a grid below, with a choice of 4
views... Check?

Yes we are using PS2003 with MSP2003.
Yes resources are in global resource pool.
Yes on resources page via PWA - View Availability button displays the
graph with zero values for work and availability.. also in chart (below
graph) the work shows zero hrs and availability shows zero hours.

The odd thing about is that it shows this for all of the resources in
the global pool, however it shows the different projects that the
resource has tasks in . Also all of the resources can use their
timesheet view to update their progress, and all of their assigned
tasks show up there..... Strange..........................
