Resource availability view/report

Our company has Project Pro 2003 with Peoject Server 2003. I would like to
create a view in PWA that will capture the non working days of resources by
RBS. Is this possible? Right now I'm going into MSPro and into the
enterprise resource pool and looking at the unavialable days in each
resources working calendar. Would creating an administrative plan help in
getting this information and generating a report or view?

HELP!!!
