Resource availability warning message in PWA

What causes the following message to appear " Warning: Availability data has
not been published for one or more resources in the selected date range"
This message appears when I select View Resource Availability in PWA.

Typically when the date range for resource availability is set to a
threshold below the date range requested. Logon to PWA with an admin account
and navigate to Admin > Manage Enterprise Features and set the published
date range for resource availability as per your organization's
requirements.
