Resource Availabilty View

Hi there,

it seems to me, the resource availability view (in resource center) shows in
the details section every project a resource is assigned to (or at least all
projects the resource had an assignment for a task, no matter if it is a
present task or already finished for long time).
So it does not matter, if the task assignment is not within the reported
timeframe.

For instance I look availability for Q4, I will also see the projects with
an assignment from Q2, but the of cource with zero hours during Q4.

So I see a list of 100+ projects per resource, but every line/column shows
zero hours. Only because the resource was once assigned to a task within that
project.

Can this view be configured to show only these projects in the details
section, with an assignment during the reported timeframe, so having at least
one column other than zero?

jeI have the PMs make a resource's booking type "proposed" once the proejct
is over or their work on the project is over. This removes the project from
the detail list. It also removes the closed tasks from their task list.
