I am using Exchange 2000 with OL2002. Our conference rooms are setup
as resources. One of my users booked a re-occurring meeting to a
conference room. Instead of putting 1 hour for the duration they put
in 4100 hours. So it booked the room for all day, every day for 5
months. I had the user delete the meeting and now it does not show up
on the user's calendar or on the resource's calendar. However if you
try to book this resource for this time peroid it says that it is
already scheduled and if you look at the schedule for the resource in
the new meeting request it has it booked. Any ideas on how to get
this meeting completely removed? Thanks.
