It's not likely that the meeting itself is a resource . Resources are the
people, equipment, and materials that are needed to get the work done. It
would be nmore correct to treat the meeting as a task and the particpants in
the meeting would be resources. You can handle it in a couple of ways. One
would be to schedule the meeting as a recurring task (Insert menu, Insert
Recurrring Task). The other would be to go to Tools, Change Working Time,
and crerate a new calendar showing just the first and third Tuesday of each
month as working time, all other days indicated as non-working days, and
then use that as the task calenday (Task Information, Advanced tab).
