Resource calenders

Consider a situation where I have projects across
countries & I have different project calenders for the
various projects. Should resources working on these
projects use the company calendar(timings) or the project
calender? How will this affect the Portfolio Analyser view
in terms of availability if I set the Time period settings
as week starts on Saturday on the Project Server?
