Resource cannot see all projects through Web Access

Addendum: The problematic project has two resources
assigned to it. In the resource usage view, I can see the
tasks assigned to the second resource - I simply cannot
see the tasks associated with the resource who is common
to both projects.

And, I get an error on the Project Server Spooler that
says:
"The windows user account or user name for the affected
user conflicts with an existing account on the server
(0x8C04000D)"

Methinks therein lies the key to my problem.
