Resource Cannot See Assigned Tasks in PWA

We recently added new tasks to a Enterprise Resource and he is unable to view
his new task assignments on his timesheet via PWA. As administrator, I can
see the all tasks assigned to the resource, including any pre-existing tasks.
Permission has been granted to the resource to view project group in which
the project is assigned. We are currently using PS2003.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did the PM actually PUBLISH this project with the new tasks in it? On the
View My Tasks page, does the TM have the "Current Tasks" option selected in
the sidepane on the left? If so, what happens if he/she selects the "All
Tasks" option instead? Let us know.

Actually, the PS Administrator assigned the new tasks and republished the
project. The TM has tried both Current Tasks and All Tasks. Still the same
problem. The Admin and PM see that the new tasks have been assigned to the
TM, but the TM is not seeing these tasks on his PWA timesheet.

Any other suggestions?

Well, here's something you might try:

1. Remove the new resource from the tasks.
2. Publish the project using Collaborate - Publish - All Information.
3. Add the resource back to the tasks.
4. Click Collaborate - Publish - New and Changed Assignments.

In the New and Changed Assignments dialog, do the resource's tasks actually
SHOW UP there? Let us know what you see.

We have the same problem here. I'm wondering where we could find the
"Collaborate - Publish - All Information" option, because it doesn't seem to
be in Project Professional 2007.

and Publish this, and the result is equal...

"Me too" questions are very hard to answer without more information. For
example, are you an enterprise resource in the Enterprise Resource Pool?

Hi Dale

Yes I am ERM for ERP, but the problem in this case is General now at the
moment no user can see this View... and in the past Yes...

And I watch a difference from my production environment (is the problem) and
my developer environment (No problem)... In production I can´t see the Menus
(New, Action. Go to) and nothing about the columns from the Task View. In
other Words this view is totally clean...

Sorry to take so long to respond... I have tried everything and the TM cannot
see the new tasks added to his PWA timesheet. And now, as Admin, I a
simulating this with my own enterprise ID and am seeing the same result. I
can see all assigned tasks in "View Resource Assignment" and even Adjust
Actuals, but I do not see them on the PWA timesheet.

Any other suggestions? I am sure it is something simple I am missing.
