Resource Center Error

I get this error in Project Web Access under the Resource tab in the 'View
enterprise Resources in Resource Center':

"There are no resources to display in this view.

You either do not have permissions to see any resources in this view or
there are currently no resources in the Project Server database. Contact your
server administrator. "

I've seemed to have tried everything. I've made a new Resource view, and
that didn't work. I've changed the resourceregisterview.asp file on the
server, and that didn't work. Nothing in the application event log seems to
indicate there's a specific error. I've also reset usernames and passwords
in the COM+ applications for the OLAP and WSS components. I've reset the DSN
name. And I've configured the correct value for the DSN registry entry.

I've contacted Microsoft and they're still working on the problem. We were
able to upload our database to them, yet they weren't able to recreate the
problem. So I'm thinking its a problem in our front-end application.

Any help would be appreciated.
