Resource Center View is giving me an error

All,

The Resouce Center view has always worked but our infra team deployed
a Windows Security Patch last night and now none of the admins nor the
uses have access to the Resouce Center view.

This is the error it gives me: "There was an error loading the page.
Please try again by clicking Refresh. If this problem persists,
contact your administrator."

Any thoughts?

What patch did you deploy ?

Have you tried reversing the change ?

The patch was deployed on an enterprise level. Reversing the patch
would not be the most feasible option.

I do not know if you happen to use EPM 2003 or EPM 2007. I would suggest to
have a look at Project-related services status, sometimes security patch
stop some useful services and you need to restart them, esp for EPM 2003.
